Sevent Org to lead Nurol Tower transformation

Sevent Org will lead the next phase of our Istanbul workspace program with the Nurol Tower project in Şişli, commencing in November 2025. Building on the execution standards proven at 4B Enterprise, Sevent will redesign and deliver modern, ready-to-use office environments for corporate tenants through an integrated design-build-operate approach.

As part of this initiative, Sevent Org has acquired multiple floors within Nurol Tower to be converted into contemporary office space with a unified service experience and efficient leasing framework. Hello From Tomorrow is one of the major shareholders in Sevent Org and remains in a supportive, strategic role, while Sevent leads day-to-day delivery.

In parallel, Sevent Org is working with Nurol Holding to evaluate additional large-scale opportunities across new locations, extending this model of corporate-grade office solutions.
