Within the Kalak&Bayson group, SEVENT Organizasyon is our Istanbul operating arm and leasing engine. We run the full stack—pricing, marketing, brokerage oversight, contract structuring, tenant improvements, handover, and building operations—through one coordinated team.

Track record. In 2024–2025 we executed ~80% of the leasing and fit-out activity across our Istanbul mandates, placing blue-chip firms and global brands, including multiple headquarter mandates, via our international corporate and broker network.

Execution model. A long-standing bench of managers, project leads, architects, MEP engineers, and procurement specialists that has worked together for over a decade.
